Buying a franchise is not a small decision. To minimize risk, a detailed business plan can help. We suggest you have a Business Plan in place because careful detailed research into the particular business you plan on investing your time and money into will help you prepare for your new venture. groO Franchise Development Representatives will help you through our Extensive Opportunity Procedures to determine if the business is a good fit for your personality, lifestyle, goals, and marketing territory.
Franchise Application: Upon receipt of your inquiry, a franchise application will be emailed or mailed to you for completion and signatures. A resume should be attached and returned with your application.
Phone Interview: A phone appointment will be set when your completed signed application and resume is reviewed and deemed acceptable. A groO Franchise Development Representative will answer your initial questions and discuss the basics of the business with you.
Franchise Agreement Review: The Franchise Agreement will address the legal aspects of the business. The Agreement will provide you with all the necessary information about your relationship with groO and the history of the founder and the company.
Marketing Territory: We will determine the exact boundaries of your exclusive marketing area as we learn more about you. We are interested in keeping travel time and expense to a minimum in order to be as "green" as possible.
Marketing Information: You will learn more about our proven marketing techniques. The groO support system is an effective marketing tool on both a local and national level.
Training Details: A Franchise Development Representative reviews details about the 4 day initial training class. The training will be held at our Franchise Headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Ontario, CA Airport is conveniently located approximately 3 miles from the office as are overnight accommodations, etc.
Decision and Acceptance: After completing all the above steps, we will know if groO is the right franchise for you. And you will be sure you are on the right track, too. We want this to be a beneficial decision for all.
